In case of any accident related to your rental car, you should immediately contact the nearest police station and get a report of the accident. In case of further damage to the rental car, the above procedure should also be followed. If the vehicle is damaged during parking, you should report the damage to the car rental company before moving the vehicle. In case of theft, you should immediately inform the car rental company and report to the police and then provide a copy of this document to the car rental company.

Car documents and keys must be delivered to the car rental company. In general, the customer must immediately report all damages to the car rental company. Any unnoticed accident or car damage can be interpreted as negligence. This may result in a charge to the customer.

For any infringement / traffic violation that we must address, an administrative fee will apply. Management fees are necessary to cover our time and cost, as a business in processing fines received on your behalf. Once we receive a traffic fine notice, we must investigate each violation, match it with the relevant tenant, pay the appropriate authority within the statutory deadline, and then bill you / the customer / driver accordingly, to ensure that no delays occur. All our vehicles are equipped with OGS / HGS tags so that our customers do not bother to purchase these brands for driving through the roads where fees are paid. Fees are charged to our customers who use the communication methods as many times as they use telephone routes during the rental period (18% tax is not included). We also charge our customers an administrative fee of 15 TL (18% tax is not included).

The minimum age required is 21 years. For groups, the minimum age of ECMR-ECMD-ECAR-CDMR-CDMD-CDAR-IDMD must be 21 years with a valid driving license for at least two years. For groups, SDMR-SDMD-SDAR-SDMD-IDAR-IDAD-CWMR-CWMD and IWMR are required to be 23 years of age with a minimum of 2 years of valid driving license. For groups, FDMR-FDAR-FDMD-FDAD-CPAR-CWMD + 2, the minimum age of 25 years with a valid driving license is required. The maximum age of the driver is 75.

In some cases, if the driver's license is printed in a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.), an international driver's license is required.

Please note: The International Driver's License / Driver's License does not replace the requirements for a regular driver's license. If you are using an international license / permit, a full driving license in the name of the main driver will remain mandatory for car hire.

Your rent in goktour usually collision damage and theft protection exemptions. Waiver of Collision Damage You will waive your responsibility to pay any damages to the vehicle during the rental period.

Theft Waiver provides coverage for theft or damage caused by attempted theft of the vehicle, its parts and accessories up to its full value and any loss that may occur to our car rental company. Both are subject to some exclusions. Your liability is waived provided that you pay a fee, referred to as an excess which limits your liability to the surplus cost only. If the tenant acts recklessly or negligently or is paid under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you may be liable for full cost damage. Please note that in our charter company policy there are exceptions for coverage which may include windshields, tires, underside or inside the vehicle, towing fees and replacement keys. Please check your full agreement at the time of the rental for exact exceptions.

At the time of receipt, you will be asked to leave a deposit to cover the surplus. Usually takes the form (minimum: increase + fuel + tax) is blocked on an international credit card in the name of the main driver (cash deposits, maestro, electronic visa transfer and debit cards are not accepted).

Please note that additional equipment such as baby seat, GPS, snow chains, etc. are all on request and subject to availability. This will be charged locally and may be subject to airport charges and local taxes as appropriate. Goktour does not guarantee the availability of any extras.

What is the cancellation policy for prepaid or partially paid reservations? If you cancel 48 hours before your receipt, you will be charged only € 20 in administrative fees and the remaining amount will be refunded. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a refund of € 50 for full prepaid reservations. If your online payment is less than € 50, no refund will be given for your rental car reservation. Amendment or cancellation of optional extras may not be less than 24 hours prior to receipt. In the unfortunate situation where you have to cancel your rent, goktour will charge a cancellation fee before your collection date (see below). Refunds will not be refunded for early expired rents, late groups, no show or cancellations after the rental start date.
