The subject of a tele-sale contract (the "contract") is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties to the product sold by the seller to the buyer (the "consumer").

The Buyer declares that he / she has read all the preliminary information regarding the basic features, sale price and payment method of the contractual product as specified in Article 5 and has been notified of the necessary approval in the electronic media.
The seller shall be responsible for providing the contractual work in a permanent and complete condition in accordance with the qualities set out in the request. The seller can provide goods or services to the buyer of the same quality and price before the end of the commitment period to fulfill.
This contract must be approved electronically and the contract order amount must be paid for the delivery of the contractual product. If the product amount is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the seller shall be deemed to have been released from the delivery obligation.
In the withdrawal process, if the consumer uses the goods in accordance with their functions, technical specifications and user manual, they will not be liable for any changes or damages arising.
Unless the consumer offers the seller himself to return the goods, the consumer must send the goods to the seller within ten days from the date of the notification that the consumer has used the right of withdrawal.
